    At BOPCI, we are committed to providing premium-quality handbags and an exceptional shopping experience. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

    Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


    1. Return Eligibility

    You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered if:

    • You received a damaged product.
    • You received the wrong product.
    • You received an incorrect color or variant.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
    • The product delivered is incomplete or missing parts.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused.
    • Original tags must remain attached.
    • The product should be in its original packaging.
    • All accessories, invoices, and labels must be included.
    • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

    • Used handbags
    • Products without original tags
    • Products damaged after delivery
    • Products returned without original packaging
    • Clearance Sale items
    • Gift Cards
    • Customized or personalized products

    Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements may be rejected.


    3. Damaged or Wrong Product

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Please provide:

    • Order Number
    • Product Images
    • Images of the Package
    • Short Video (if required)

    Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


    4. Return Process

    To initiate a return:

    Step 2

    Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

    Step 3

    If approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

    Step 4

    Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.


    5. Refund Policy

    Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our inspection.

    Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method.

    Estimated refund timelines:

    • UPI: 2–5 Business Days
    • Credit Card: 5–7 Business Days
    • Debit Card: 5–7 Business Days
    • Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days
    • Wallet Payments: 2–5 Business Days

    Depending on your bank, additional processing time may apply.


    6. Replacement Policy

    Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement if:

    • The wrong product was delivered.
    • The item arrived damaged.
    • There is a manufacturing defect.
    • An incorrect color or size was shipped.

    Replacement orders are dispatched after the returned item is received and verified.


    7. Cancellation Policy

    Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

    Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

    To request cancellation, contact our customer support immediately.


    8. Return Shipping

    If the return is due to:

    • Wrong Product
    • Damaged Product
    • Manufacturing Defect
    • Incorrect Variant Sent

    BOPCI will bear the return shipping cost.

    If a return is requested for personal reasons (where applicable), return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.


    9. Exchange Policy

    We currently offer exchanges only for:

    • Wrong product received
    • Damaged product
    • Manufacturing defects

    Exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or color selection may not be accepted.


    10. Inspection Process

    Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection.

    Refunds or replacements will only be approved if the product is found to be:

    • Unused
    • Undamaged by the customer
    • In original condition
    • Complete with all tags and packaging

    Products failing inspection may be returned to the customer without a refund.


    11. Refund Exceptions

    Refunds will not be issued if:

    • The product has been used.
    • Tags have been removed.
    • The product is damaged after delivery.
    • The return request is made after 7 days.
    • The product was purchased during a Final Sale.
    • The returned item is incomplete.

    12. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund:

    • Check your bank account.
    • Contact your payment provider.
    • Contact your credit card company.
    • Allow additional processing time.

    If the refund is still not received, please contact us.


    13. Order Refusal

    BOPCI reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

    • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
    • Return policy conditions are not met.
    • Excessive return requests are detected.
    • Product inspection fails.

    Customers are responsible for providing:

    • Correct shipping address
    • Accurate contact details
    • Proper return packaging

    BOPCI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
