Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Coverage
BOPCI currently ships across India.
We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more locations.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, our customer support team will inform you after your order is placed.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are simple and transparent.
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may include an additional convenience fee.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping Confirmation Email
- Tracking Number
- Courier Partner Details
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email or by visiting the courier partner's website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Invalid contact number
- Refusal to accept delivery
the package may be returned to BOPCI.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Please ensure:
- Correct Full Name
- Complete Address
- Landmark (if applicable)
- Valid Mobile Number
- Correct PIN Code
BOPCI is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- High order volume
- Government restrictions
- Courier operational delays
- Remote delivery locations
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged during delivery:
- Do not accept the package if it appears severely damaged or tampered with.
- Take clear photos of the package.
- Contact BOPCI Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
10. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Verify the delivery address.
- Check with family members or neighbors.
- Contact the courier partner.
- Contact BOPCI Customer Support within 48 hours.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
11. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if applicable.
12. International Shipping
At present, BOPCI ships only within India.
We plan to introduce international shipping in the future. Updates will be announced on our website and official social media channels.

To ensure reliable and timely deliveries, BOPCI works with trusted logistics providers such as:

Courier partner selection depends on your delivery location.
14. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
For cancellations, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
15. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept a delivered order without a valid reason, BOPCI reserves the right to:
- Deduct shipping charges from any eligible refund.
- Restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Decline future orders in cases of repeated refusal.
